About Me

I have a passion for roller derby, a sport that is both rewarding and sometimes painful. Hiking, running and a general admiration for nature are some of my other pursuits. I also love to travel and push myself outside of my comfort zone.

I am a major in public relations at the University of Oregon School of Journalism and Communication, and a minor in communication studies and French. My expected graduation date is June 2013.

After graduation, my hope is to be hired at a nonprofit organization as a PR specialist in either member relations or public affairs. Although, I would be happy to start a job at an agency, such as Linhart PR, to get my foot in the door and gain valuable experience working with different clients.

About This Site

This website is meant to showcase the completed projects from previous public relations classes I've taken at the University of Oregon. My hope is that this will highlight the talents and skills I have developed in the public relations field.

This is my first attempt at creating a website and I find it enthralling. It's one more channel to communicate through and it is also expanding my electronic footprint.
